Jemal ABAGISSA is an Assistant Professor at the Addis Ababa University (college of Business and Economics) since 1993. He teaches introductory courses in public administration, urban governance, strategic planning and project management. Dr. Abagissa has completed research and published articles in international journals on the subjects of urban governance, enterprises and services.
